You can reset you password using a phone number or email that has been confirmed on your SecureSave account. You will need to have access to the phone number or email account to reset your password.
- Go to https://securesave.app/
- Click on the Forgot Password? Reset Password link
- Enter your email address and click on the Request Password Reset button
- Check your email inbox for an email with subject “Reset your password for SecureSave” and follow the instructions outlined in that email; you will be prompted to choose a new password which meets all the following criteria:
- 8 or more characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one non-alphanumeric character (e.g. !@#$%&)
