I know my password but how do I change it?

If you are locked out of your account, instructions can be found on the following FAQ: I am locked out of my account, how do I reset my password?

If you know your current password, you can change it from the SecureSave website:

  1. Login to your SecureSave account
  2. Click on your name at the top of the page
  3. Click on Manage Account
  4. Click on Change Password

If you know your current password, you can also change it from the SecureSave app:

  1. Login to your SecureSave account
  2. Click on the person icon at the top of the page
  3. Click on Settings
  4. Click on Password

Your new password must meet the following criteria: 

  • 8 or more characters
  • At least one uppercase letter 
  • At least one number
  • At least one non-alphanumeric character (e.g. !@#$%&)
