I am locked out of my account, how do I reset my password?

For your security, you can only unlock or reset your password from the SecureSave website. You must have access to the email account on your SecureSave account.

  1. Go to https://securesave.app/
  2. Click on the Forgot Password? Reset Password link
  3. Enter your email address and click on the Request Password Reset button
  4. Check your email inbox for an email with subject “Reset your password for SecureSave” and follow the instructions outlined in that email; you will be prompted to choose a new password which meets all the following criteria:
    • 8 or more characters
    • At least one uppercase letter
    • At least one number
    • At least one non-alphanumeric character (e.g. !@#$%&)
